COVID-19 Information 2020/21
Both health and safety for you and our ski instructors are of utmost importance to Yellow Power. In order to guarantee all of our guests a very safe and worriless holiday with Yellow Power in Sölden, our guests and ski instructors must pay attention to a few safety aspects.
DISTANCE
In general, skiing is a fabulous sport in the outdoors and the risk of infection is much lower than indoors. We will do our best to keep the minimum safety distance wherever and whenever possible and to minimize all personal contact points.
NOSE & MOUTH COVER/HAND DISINFECTION
We kindly ask our guests to wear a nose and mouth cover in all indoor areas of the Yellow Power Ski School. We also expect the mandatory hand disinfection when entering and leaving our premises. All sales points and reception desks are equipped with protective glass panels.
Nose and mouth cover must also be used at all ski school meeting points.
ONLINE BOOKING
All our ski school deals and offers can be booked online. If possible, please book your lesson/course online or contact our office first.
CANCELLATIONS
- FREE CANCELLATION up to 5 days before the start of the course
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the course/lesson starts; from 5 or less days before the course/lesson starts only upon presentation of a medical certificate! In the event of a Corona disease, a travel warning, etc. cancellation is - of course - also free of charge and possible within 5 days or during the course.
- If you have symptoms or feel sick, please do not take part in the snow sports lessons and contact the Corona Hotline 1450!
- The measures are subject to officially decreed regulations and the current situation, therefore changes may be possibly at any time during the season.
